1. Introduction

Welcome to Spring Apartments. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of accommodations. By making a reservation, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Guests must provide accurate personal information when booking.

2.2. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit, as specified during the booking process.

2.3. Any additional charges incurred during the stay must be settled before departure.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1. Check-in time is between 15:00 and 18:00 unless agreed otherwise.

3.2. Guests must present a valid travel document upon arrival.

3.3. Check-out time is no later than 10:00 on the day of departure. Late check-out may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1. Cancellations made within the timeframe specified on the booking confirmation are eligible for a full refund.

4.2. Cancellations made after the specified timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee as detailed in the booking confirmation.

4.3. No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

5. House Rules

5.1. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas.

5.2. No pets are allowed in the apartments.

5.3. Guests must respect quiet hours between 22:00 and 08:00.

5.4. The apartment must be left clean and in good condition. Any damage or excessive cleaning required may incur additional charges.

5.5. Unauthorized guests are not permitted to stay overnight.

5.6. Guests are required to comply with the provisions of the currently valid accommodation rules in addition to the aforementioned.

6. Liability

6.1. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and must report any issues immediately.

6.2. Spring Apartments is not liable for personal injuries, loss of property, or damages caused by guests' actions or negligence.

6.3. The operator is not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles parked in the designated areas.

7. Force MajeureSpring Apartments is not responsible for any cancellations or service interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other events beyond our control.

8. Privacy Policy

All personal information provided during booking is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with applicable data protection regulations.

9. Governing Law and Dispute ResolutionThese Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
